Advertisement for Bids

Sealed bids for the Alexander County Schools, Bethlehem Elementary School Roof Renovation Project, 7900 NC-127, Taylorsville, NC 28681 will be received by the Owner at Alexander County Schools, 700 Liledoun Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681, by 10:00am, April 13th, 2023, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled at 1:00p.m., March 21st, 2023, at 7900 NC-127, Taylorsville, NC, 28681. Attendance is required.

A bid security for 5% of the toal bid amount shall be submitted with each bid.

The Owner reserves the right to reject and and all bigs, to waive informalities, and to award the contract to another bidder, other than the low bidder, should it be deemed in their best interest.
