Each public comment must be limited to three minutes of presentation time per individual, delegation or for an individual representing a delegation. The Board reserves the right to impose other limitations and restrictions as necessary in order to provide an orderly, efficient, and fair opportunity for those present to be heard. Personal attacks by anyone addressing the Board are unacceptable. Comments that are deemed obscene, profane or personal attacks on a board member or school employee will be cause for ending a speaker's time, as determined by the board chairperson. Persistence in such remarks by an individual shall terminate that person's privilege to address the Board. Speakers shall understand that public comment is not a time for asking questions or receiving feedback from board members. Board members will not respond to individuals who address the board except to request clarification of points made by the presente
