Driver Education

Alexander County Schools offer 5 to 7 classes per year based on student needs. Behind-the-wheel driving is scheduled after school, weekends, holidays, and summers. Classes are currently online and the cost is $65.00.
To be eligible for the class, the student must be 14 1/2 years old prior to the date of the class. The student must be attending a public, private, or homeschool within Alexander County and be in the 9th grade or higher.
Dates for Driver's Education classes:
July 31, 2003 - August 11, 2003
Registration will be posted on this website and emailed to all ACHS and AEC students on May 24th at 8am.
You must have a personal device (desktop or laptop or smartphone). No devices will be provided by the school. A limited number of students will be accepted.
