YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL FOR ANY CONDITIONING, PRACTICE OR TRYOUTS

Softball and soccer:  August 29th first day of school  

Voluntary conditioning practice will be held for soccer on August 8, 11, 15, 18, 22 and 25th from 4 to 5:30pm on the big field. Students must have physical to participate.

Voluntary workouts for softball will be held on Tuesday, August 23rd and Thursday, August 25th from 3:00 - 4:30.  Students must have a physical to participate.

Basketball and Wrestling:  October 24th

Volleyball:  Jan 9th

Baseball, Soccer and Track:  March 8th

Track schedule will be determined after we align with the high school schedules. 

 

Below is general information for sports, with no definite dates, but you can pretty much go by this. 

Fall Sports:  Football, Boys Soccer, Softball, Cheerleading

start dates for fall:   football normally 10 school days before the 1st day of school

                              soccer:  tryouts start the first day of school, must have a physical by then

                              softball: tryouts start the first day of school, you must have a physical by then. 

Winter Sports:  Boys and Girls Basketball, Wrestling, Volleyball (after Christmas)

start date: Basketball and Wrestling:  Normally around October 18th if in school

                 Volleyball:  First day back from Christmas Break

Spring Sports:  Boys and Girls Track, Baseball, Girls Soccer 
                      Start date for Baseball and Grils soccer is normally last full week of Feb, or first day of March.  Best to have physical by Feb 23rd
                      Track start date:  Normally first week of March
                       

ATTENTION ALL ATHLETES: HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL RULES STATE THAT YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL IN ORDER TO TRY-OUT or participate in any voluntary or mandatory practice FOR ANY SPORTS TEAM.
