Mrs. Natasha L. Deal Haas
I graduated from ACHS in 2001 and have “come back home” to teach. I am proud to say this will be my sixteenth year teaching at Alexander Central! After high school, I went to Lenoir-Rhyne College in Hickory where I earned my Bachelors degree in History Education in 2005. In 2009, I also completed my Masters in Educational Media through Appalachian State University. My two best accomplishments are my daughters, Emily and Abby. My husband Chris and I are blessed to be their parents! The picture to the left is from a trip that the girls and I took to Washington D.C., already trying to raise them to appreciate history! Being in our nation's capitol reminded me why I love this country and our story as Americans. I am passionate about history and all that it offers us. It is my hope to help your children find their passion for learning as well!
