I attended Alexander Central High School then went to North Carolina State University and received my B.S in Agricultural Education. I student taught at Orange High School in Orange County under Dave Gibbs. He taught me essentially everything that I know about teaching. I taught at OHS for three years then had the opportunity to come back to my home high school.

I enjoy my career and teaching students. It is my belief that students not only learn skills that they can use to obtain a career within my class but also life skills that will make them a better member of society. I genuinely belief the information and skills that students learn through my classes will help them find employment in the construction field and at a minimum, help them build and repair projects around their house as an adult.
