Hello! I am originally from NY and moved to NC in 2012. I am so excited for the coming school year, teaching 7th grade ELA! I have worked in education for 20 years now! I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education (K-6). I am also certified in Reading (K-12). Additionally, I have my masters in Educational Media (K-12) and Instructional Technology from Appalachian State! My two children, Allison and Chad attend ACS schools! My husband Alex is the Associate Pastor at Wayside Baptist Church and he is also a land surveyor at Fox Surveying! We live in the Wittenburg Community. It's going to be a great year!
