Caring for Communities

Caring for Communities is a high school career pathway that prepares students for college and career opportunities in education, health care, human services, and public safety. This pathway allows students to explore careers focused on helping others, serving communities, and supporting individual and public well-being.

Students engage in hands-on, real-world learning experiences that emphasize compassion, responsibility, communication, and teamwork. Through applied instruction, students develop skills related to health and wellness, child development, human services, and public safety while learning how professionals serve and protect their communities. The pathway also promotes leadership, ethical decision-making, and problem-solving in service-oriented careers.
