Welcome to the 8th-grade Bobcats Team at West Alexander Middle School! 

 

I teach our team's 8th-grade Science and an 8th-grade Social Studies class. I have very high expectations of students and believe each child can attain them given support in both the classroom and at home.  For this reason, I encourage parents to communicate with me.  Additionally, as students prepare for high school they must become much more self-directed in their learning.  Our class utilizes Canvas for announcements, copies of ALL classroom notes, and to submit some assignments.  Students have access to this information through their school e-mail account.  (Lunchnumber@acsstudents.com)  Parents can be kept informed using our WAMS Parent Portal and by joining our team Remind101 account!
